Bunion Surgical Procedure

Known also as Hallux Valgus Deformity or Ganglion, this condition is the most common deformity of the forefoot for which surgery may be recommended should other forms of conservative treatment have failed to produce results. Surgery is dependent on the condition and on the extent of the damage to the joint / general structure of the foot and would involve the removal of or realignment of soft tissue and bone.
